Thank you for using SwiftEHub services. SwiftEHub provides diverse internet and mobile-based services (applications). The following comprehensive terms of service (the "Terms of Service") apply to all SwiftEHub services provided by the SwiftEHub team, aiming to offer you more convenient and user-friendly services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

• SwiftEHub services refer to any service using the SwiftEHub brand and provided by SwiftEHub.

Various SwiftEHub Services are available to you.

SwiftEHub offers a variety of services that you can enjoy on your computer or mobile devices. You can download and install any application through the SwiftEHub website and application. We ask for your understanding in this regard, and please feel free to view the detailed instructions for use of each service provided by SwiftEHub. SwiftEHub hereby grants you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license necessary for your use of the services. However, please note that SwiftEHub does not grant you the right to use SwiftEHub trademarks, service marks, logos, branding, or names.

To improve the level of services, SwiftEHub may update the software required for using the services. SwiftEHub may add important functionalities or remove insignificant functionalities through such software updates. Please update your software regularly so that you can fully enjoy the services.

To provide you with better service, SwiftEHub may send you various notifications, messages, and other advertising materials and information related to your use of the services by notifying you directly within the services or by sending an email to the email address associated with your SwiftEHub account. Please ensure your email address is accurate when logging in to use SwiftEHub services. If you encounter any system errors while using the services, please contact the SwiftEHub Support Team.

If you choose to connect to a 4G/LTE network provided by your carrier when using SwiftEHub services, please note that your carrier may charge additional data fees. You will be responsible for any additional data charges incurred when using SwiftEHub services. Please contact your carrier for further inquiries regarding your data plans.

SwiftEHub Protects Your Personal Information.

Secure handling of your personal information is very important to us. SwiftEHub will use your personal information only within the purpose and scope for which your consent is given to us to ensure the seamless provision of services. Unless otherwise required by relevant laws and regulations or consented by you, SwiftEHub will never disclose your personal information to a third party. SwiftEHub Protects Content Copyright.

SwiftEHub respects your intellectual property rights. You may provide content such as photos, text, information, comments, or suggestions by posting them on the services, and you retain all intellectual property rights in and to such content.

SwiftEHub believes that your content contains useful information and that it is very important to ensure that such content is accessed through legitimate means and processes. If you post any content on the services, that content may be exposed to SwiftEHub services, and you will be deemed to have granted SwiftEHub and its partners a worldwide and perpetual license to use, store, copy, modify, publicly transmit, display, and distribute such content to the required extent.

In this case, SwiftEHub complies with copyright laws, and you may take action at any time to delete the content concerned. For the avoidance of doubt, the rights granted to SwiftEHub and its partners under such a license will be used solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the services and developing new SwiftEHub services. You should have obtained all legal rights necessary to grant SwiftEHub a license to use the content you provide to SwiftEHub, and you may not disclose or post any content that is pornographic or violates public order, laws, or good morals.

If SwiftEHub determines that the content you have provided violates relevant laws or SwiftEHub's policies, SwiftEHub may delete, remove, or refuse to post such content; however, SwiftEHub has no obligation to review or edit any content. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can seek assistance from the SwiftEHub Support Team for the relevant service.

SwiftEHub Username Policy

The following types of usernames are prohibited:

Promotional Usernames:

• Are the name of a company, organization, group, website, or product (including non-profit organizations).

• Contain URLs or email addresses.

Usernames Implying Shared Account Use:

• Imply shared access between people, such as "Jack and Jill's Account."

• Are names of positions within groups or organizations, such as "Secretary of the XY Foundation."

Misleading Usernames:

• May impersonate celebrities, major world figures, known SwiftEHub editors, etc.

• Contain words like "bot" or "script" which refer to accounts designed to perform automated editing processes, unless the account is an authorized account of that type.

• Contain phrases like "admin" or "sysop," which imply illusory authority on SwiftEHub.

Offensive Usernames:

• Contain words or phrases that are likely to offend other users.

• Contain or imply personal attacks or contain contentious material about living persons.

Disruptive Usernames:

• Seem intended to provoke emotional reactions ("trolling").

• Clearly intend to disrupt SwiftEHub.

• Please note that SwiftEHub reserves the right to close any user account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to those mentioned in the Username Policy above.

Services May Be Temporarily Suspended.

SwiftEHub strives to provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without interruption. However, due to regular or temporary inspections of equipment for maintenance or repair, or due to other unavoidable causes, services may be temporarily suspended. In such cases, we will provide prior notice to you within the relevant service. If services are suspended due to unforeseen reasons by SwiftEHub, SwiftEHub will notify you immediately after determining the causes for the relevant suspension.

Terms of Service May Change.

To reflect changes in applicable laws or service changes, among other reasons, SwiftEHub may revise the Terms of Service. If the Terms of Service change, SwiftEHub will post a notification on the startup page of the individual service, and the revised Terms of Service will become effective 15 days after the posting of such notification. However, if the revised Terms of Service may adversely affect you, SwiftEHub will give you reasonable 30 days' prior notice by sending an email to the email address associated with your SwiftEHub account or an alert message.
